DermRays Care+ is an enhanced service plan that extends your warranty and protects against accidental damage—giving you complete peace of mind.
1. Program Coverage
Extended Hardware Warranty
In addition to the standard product quality warranty, your purchased DermRays product(s) will receive an extra 1-year product quality warranty and coverage for accidental damage (explained below).
Accidental Damage Protection
Enjoy coverage for up to 2 incidents of accidental damage (e.g., drops or liquid exposure) during your entire warranty period.
A fixed service fee applies per incident.
Accessory Coverage
Covers the original accessories included in the box—such as the power cord, charging base, and adapter—against manufacturing defects.

3. Exclusions
DermRays Care+ does not cover:
- Lost or stolen devices
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality (e.g., scratches, dents)
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or third-party repairs
- Consumables (e.g., conductive gels, replacement cartridges)
