2. Customs

We offer prepaid duties for shipments to Europe, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Australia.

For other regions, duties cannot generally be prepaid. If you have any questions or need clarification regarding customs duties, please contact us at support@dermrays.com before placing your order.

    3. Estimated Delivery Time

    • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. The item’s processing time is the duration from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. Rigorous Quality Control checks and tests are conducted to ensure product quality before shipment. Some orders may require additional processing time.

    • Total Time: Total time equals processing time plus shipping time. This does not include customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Address Verification: Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause an additional 1-2 business days processing delay. Review shipping and billing information thoroughly to avoid possible delays.

    4. Notification Emails

    • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, receive an order confirmation email. Verify shipping information for accuracy. Allow 1-3 business days for the order to remain in the "Processing" stage, indicating preparation for shipment.
    • Shipping Confirmation: After packaging and shipping, receive a second shipping confirmation email with the tracking link.
    • Emails Not Received: If not in the inbox, check junk/spam or promotions folder. Contact support@dermrays.com if needed.

    5. Track Your Order

    To track your order, clike here Track My Order, find the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email, or view your account.

    6. Unexpected Delays

    DermRays is not liable for delays due to natural or uncontrollable events (e.g. COVID-19). Additionally, we're not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (e.g. customs clearance).

    7. Package Delivery

    Your package may or may not require a signature. While most packages are delivered to the provided address, the delivery courier decides if it's safe to leave the package. If deemed unsafe, the courier may hold the package or reschedule delivery. Input a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package.

    8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

    It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. Contact support@dermrays.com immediately for address changes. We'll try our best, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

    9. Delivered but Not Received

    If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received the order, contact couriers to investigate. We're not accountable for packages where tracking states delivery but not received.
